Location
The room rented was for 5 people , nevertheles one of the bed was broken and we got 2 people in the floor. We complain since the 1st day during the whole week with no answer. Finally we asked for a discount of the room and they made us pay full price offering a refund in the next week on my credit card. We kept calling the manager but refund never happend. This hotel is a scam and should not be on the internet. If someone have a similar problem with the apartament, I suggest to go to their real offices between 40th and 41th st , Lexiton av 369 , 28 floor and claim very hard to get a fair service.

- Modern design - extra spacious for New York Appartment - clean, well equipped (fridge, toaster, kettle) - great choice of TV channels - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - brilliant Aircon - Alternative check-in option - calling to get the room access and buzzing to open the door
- Internet not working - maintenance issue;(

Location was great, however the air con did not work and as a result it was a lot hotter in the flat than outside. They did supply a fan to help though.
As there were 6 of us would have been nice to have 2 keys, but we were refused. Internet is not wireless, it is an ethernet cable. Also no signs saying where the flats were, had to knock on other peoples doors.

It is good location - very close to UN and walking distance to the center.
I did not feel secure - personal key for a room was not provided, the only key was electronic with pin code, with no possibility to close doors securely from inside. Also the opening of outside doors is done by calling to someone. Sometimes homeless people were sitting at the staircase. There was supposed to be wired internet, however it did not work.

The hotel has a great location.
There were a lot of things that I didn't like in UN Central Place. First, No hot water. Secondly, It was not clean. Third, internet connection never running. next, No interaction with hotel staff. Finally, No elevator.

Multiple facilities in the neighbourhood and five minutes walk to the meeting place. Apartment quite spacious for NY standards.
TV and internet were not working. The place was not clean but no cleaning tools like broom, floor mob etc were provided while there was no service during the stay other than before check-in. On the roof terrace in front of the bedroom there were hundreds (!) of cigarette buds. Only 3 towels were provided for 3 days of which one was dirty. also the bed sheets did not make a clean impression andthere was not fitted bedsheet but just a flat one that was too small. Thus, value for money was poor though the apartment has a lot of potential.

Location. That was the only thing that this place had going for it.
My room had a broken window, which they knew about and I was told it would be fixed the first day. It wasn'T. I called - but no one is available after 6pm. They said they would take care of it the second day - no such luck. The cleaning agents they used were highly toxic smelling, the drain didn't work, there was no hot water, the shower handle kept falling off. I won't stay here again...there are many other hotels in this price range where you actually get some degree of service...

Very close to the un headquarters where I had my conference.
I actually stayed in the hotel on 5/9-10/11.not 5/13....just want to make sure booking .com is not double charging for 2 different nights.

The hotel has a great location just next to Grand Central Station
The apartment has room enough for a family of 5 people, as we are. We could not have any coffee (coffee machine was missing some parts), curtains are all broken, glasses are dirty as well as the floor, closet are missing, you cannot take out your stuff from luggage because there's no space where to put it or a hook where to hang it. No internet was available at any time, even several phone calls, cable was missing.

Nice size room. No carpets (that's good). Good location.
Lots of small/medium issues that they need to resolve to get my business again: internet connection almost never running (some of us don't just like web access, we must have access); 20 minutes to get hot water in bathroom sink (which is almost completely clogged, btw); no phone in room; no alarm clock available so I had to go out and buy an alarm clock, no counter space in bathroom or soap dish/shelf in shower.

It is like having your own flat in NY. Ideal for a no-fuss short stay.
No interaction with hotel staff (only intercom). The room wasn't cleaned during the stay (only stayed two nights).
